ACCOMPLISHED

A Professionally Guided Peer Support Group for Women Leaders at Mid-Life

This is the place where we support each other on the tough days, celebrate each other on the great days, and grow together through it all.

Are you lost, stuck or frustrated in your business or your career – because you know you’re meant for something better?

Or maybe you’re the one everyone turns to when there’s a crisis or a problem… Tired of being the strong one? Wish someone had YOUR back for once?

I get it. And that’s why I’ve created ACCOMPLISHED.

What is ACCOMPLISHED?

ACCOMPLISHED is an on-going facilitated support group especially designed for my private clients: busy women leaders at mid-life who could benefit from a tribe of equals who get it.

Coping with the crazy & competing demands of career, family, and their own need for something deeper – they know that leadership can be lonely.

They know that whether you’re rising through the corporate world, starting & growing your own business, or just trying to figure out who you are after the kids leave home – the way to something better isn’t always so clear, is it?

But here’s the cool part.

ACCOMPLISHED is what it feels like when strong women set better boundaries, manage expectations, & learn how to leverage opportunities for themselves. We do that here.

ACCOMPLISHED is what happens when you find your voice, own your authority and reclaim the power you forgot you even had. We do that too.

ACCOMPLISHED is what it feels like when you get your life back – and love it. 😎

And yeah – we do that, too.

“Banding together with other fierce and vulnerable women squashes my fears, fortifies my dreams and leaves me feeling unstoppable. So while the world may not see me that differently, the way I see the world is forever changed; for the better.”

– LC

Here’s What You’ll Get When Join Accomplished

MONTHLY GROUP SESSIONS
  • Connection starts with conversation, so each ACCOMPLISHED group co-hort meets online once a month for a 90-minute guided discussion session. We explore a variety of juicy topics, which are always lively, sometimes moving, and often funny!
  • Specific dates may vary by group, but we tend to meet from 11:30 – 1:00 p.m. ET / 10:30 – 12 CT on a weekday, so you can hopefully make this work with your lunch hour. Each group is carefully curated and limited to 10 participants or less.

BI-ANNUAL RETREATS

  • Twice a year, in January and July, we gather in person for a half day (for now) retreat where we’ll dive deeper into concepts of personal growth and power. Specific dates and times may vary.
  • Though there may be an occasional exception, this is also when new members will typically be introduced to the group.

COACHING & COMMUNITY

  • In addition to any personal work you may be doing with me, you’ll also have access to the group via Voxer for ongoing support (and celebration!) in-between our monthly calls.
  • Before long, you’ll find yourself part of a small community of like-minded, supportive women executives & entrepreneurs who want to see you reach success on your terms – in your work, and in your personal life too.

We talk about all kinds of things, like…

NEGOTIATING BOUNDARIES

How to set & maintain effective boundaries in business and in life in a way that is respectful, clear – and effective.

PRIORITIZING
SELF-CARE

How to fit self-care into a crazy packed schedule, in spite of the many demands on your time and energy.

HARNESSING PERSONAL POWER

Understanding & utilizing your intrinsic strengths and leadership abilities
(even if you don’t know what they are!)

NAVIGATING MALE-DOMINATED FIELDS

How to thrive in environments where female leaders are underrepresented, under appreciated, and often unrecognized.

Oh – and anything else we want to explore. 😎

“This is me channeling each of you, or what Wendy calls ‘the vortex of energy’. A lot to share at some point… For today, I’m grateful to y’all for drawing strength to go into an executive audience presentation with confidence…”

Why Join ACCOMPLISHED?

Because it’s hard to find anything like this out there.

In my extensive experience, we women are not always so helpful to each other. I’ve seen (and experienced) the shadow side of women’s relationships, when we are threatened by one another’s success, and fail to offer the kind of backing we could all use.

Personally, I don’t have the time or patience for that.

LISTEN. Every woman who’s joined ACCOMPLISHED so far has felt like she had to fight her battles completely on her own. It’s been a total shock to discover this small community of equals, a place where success is genuinely celebrated – and angry tears are understood too.

That kind of community can be mind blowing.

Because when we are in alignment, we are such a force.

I also know how powerful it can be when we DO have each other’s back, when we connect to and celebrate each other’s success in the very best way. When we are in alignment with our own values, and with each other, we are unstoppable.

Unstoppable.

Even when they have or have had important positions in management, the women of Accomplished don’t always see themselves as leaders. Sometimes I see it in them first (which is why I’ll often be the first to suggest you join).

But once they get there, they are surprised at how much they have in common. They are surprised to see so much of themselves in each other.

That kind of affirmation that can be life changing.

When I bring up the topic for discussion each month, it takes off quickly – because the things we deal with are so universal for strong women.

  • Being interrupted by a man when speaking up at a meeting.
  • Being seen as a talented and valuable member of the team, yet being passed over for a promotion.
  • Being the one who handles everything in the family (or the business) when maybe sometimes someone else needs to do that for once.
  • Being judged for our looks (positively OR negatively) instead of our abilities.
  • Finding out we’re not being paid the same as our male colleagues for the same work.

And so much more. (Can’t you relate?)

That kind of shared experience can be empowering.

THE FINE PRINT

(Or how this works…)

YOUR MEMBERSHIP

  • In order to make sure this is the right fit for you, admission to the program is by application only, and works best for those who have at least done some personal growth work of their own. That usually comes in the form of 1:1 work with myself, another therapist, a life coach or other similar professional.
  • If I feel it’s in your best interest, or in the best interest of the group, I may require that we do some 1:1 together for a while before bringing you into the group. This is only because I want you to be able to make the most out of the experience, and sometimes it helps to do a little preparation first.
  • Once approved, new members will usually be welcomed to existing groups at our next biannual retreat, typically held in January or July.
  • That said, new groups are always an option if I have enough interest. So, be sure to tell me you’d like to be added to the waiting list for a new group if interested.
  • All groups are limited in size to 10 or less, and are carefully curated to make sure we have a blend of individuals with complementary interests and energies.

YOUR INVESTMENT

  • ACCOMPLISHED runs on a subscription model, which means your card will be charged on the first of the month whether you are able to attend that month’s call or not.
  • The standard investment rate is $250 per month, which includes the monthly discussion calls plus any coaching or other support I can provide through your Voxer group in between. Currently, retreats require a small additional investment of $100 per event. NOTE: There is no discussion call during retreat months – we save our energy for in-person time together! 🙂
  • If you can’t make a monthly discussion session for any reason, I am happy to offer a 50-minute, 1:1 make up session free of charge sometime in the 2 weeks following. On the other hand, if I myself have to cancel for any reason, you will all get a refund for that month.
  • All participants are required to begin with a minimum commitment of 3 months. It takes a while sometimes to get a feel for an experience like this, and I want you to give it a good try. 🙂 After that, you can end your participation at any time, though I don’t think you’ll want to!

“I just want to take a moment to say how grateful I am to be part of this incredible group of women…The strength, support, and encouragement in this group are truly special…”

“…This group though! You all are the rock I can come climb on and catch my breath before going back out to the choppy seas… Right now it’s choppy.”

Ready to jump in?
Can’t wait?
Here’s what to do now.

STEP 1

Reach out to me by email at Wendy@CounselingWithWendy.com.
Tell me a little about yourself and what you’re looking for in a group like this. Feel free to ask questions as well. I’ll respond, usually within 48 hours.

STEP 2

Let’s set up a 15 minute Zoom call so that I can meet you and we can determine together if this is a good fit for you at this time in your life.

STEP 3

At that point, if we both agree and you’d still like to join us, I’ll send you the information you need to participate, and we’ll get started! REMEMBER: as I said above, that may mean we need to do some 1:1 work first, but we can make that decision together on our call.

ABOUT ME…

Allow me to properly introduce myself.

I’m Wendy Pitts Reeves, licensed clinical social worker, founder and CEO of C2C Consulting, PLLC.

And I’m really glad you’re here.

I am a long time psychotherapist, an inspirational speaker (I’ve been told), and a business coach for healers in private practice. Through a powerful combination of strategic thinking, something my friends call “wicked intuition”, and my ability to support women with big dreams, I’m known for my ability to coach women entrepreneurs, strong moms,  and corporate leaders through the personal barriers that can block true success.

I was the founder and former owner of Cove Mountain Counseling, one of the most respected counseling centers in my area. I also founded the long standing East Tennessee Women’s Leadership Summit, and was once a finalist for the esteemed YWCA Tribute to Women Award in Knoxville, TN.

At one point along the way, I started a small adventure based business called Secret Adventures for Courageous Women – which people still ask me about. AND, I’ve served in public office. Much of that was as my kids were growing up. 😜

Let’s just say that I’ve experienced my share of leadership challenges. So yeah – I get it!

And I get YOU.

Bottom line: I’ve been working to support women and girls in finding their voice in countless ways throughout my adult life.

And I’d love to help you do the same. 💞

Finding Wendy was like discovering a lifeline right at the moment when I was completely overwhelmed with life.

From the moment I landed on her page, I knew Wendy was the therapist and coach I needed; I was approaching a significant transition and needed support and new tools. It took me another year to work up the courage to make my first appointment.

Over the past few years, Wendy has guided and supported me through big and small life struggles and day-to-day hurdles. She has lit a path for healing, growth, and an ability to see joy in everyday life again. Her knack for challenging stereotypes and improving relationships has been transformative—the most transformative relationship being the one I have with myself.

If you’re on her page, you’re here for a reason. Don’t wait- Wendy is the compassionate and insightful guide for healing, growing, and making new connections.— BH
